Returns for New, Unused Items – Within 30 Days

We accept returns on new, unused items that are in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  • Email info@klargentllc.com with your order number and reason for return

  • We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items – Within 30 Days

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To receive a full refund:

  • Email info@klargentllc.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • You do not need to return the damaged item or pay any return shipping fees

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items not purchased directly from klargentllc.com
